The Bible… it's the one book that could be considered the book. It is a
compilation that claims to be the very word of God, so it does deserve
to be scrutinized to the highest degree. If it is God's Word, then it would
have to be true from cover to cover. I've encountered those who like to
point out apparent Bible contradictions, and a general disdain simply
because the Bible is an "ancient book". It usually comes from people who
have a pre-disposed negative view of the Bible and Christianity, and
have been poisoned by someone against the Bible. Most of the supposed
contradictions are fairly easy to refute, while others by appearance
require a closer look. A link below will give you a resource and point of
reference for some of these. As I've looked into them, it's only
strengthened my faith and confidence that this is truly God's Word.

When it comes to the Bible, I challenge anyone and everyone to examine
its claims for themselves. Don't just take what someone else says about
it, good or bad, as your opinion. Read it for yourself. It is God's living
Word, and there is great power and wisdom to be found within its pages.
So that's more or less my challenge, pull it from your bookshelf, dust it
off and read it. If you are able to do so, open your heart to the answers
inside... you'll never be the same.
